Capacity Building (Train the trainer)
I offer capacity building for the same topics as my workshops, but over a longer period of time, in order educate and enable multipliers to then offer workshops and conduct capacity building themselves.
Especially for professionals or groups already working as ‘trainers’ or offering workshops/ continuing education, I provide the coaching and support necessary to take a more systemic look at the way you work. You might say I look into the box in order to help you look out of the box.
